This hamburger steak is made with plenty of tofu made from domestically grown organic soybeans. It also comes with colorful garnishes such as carrots and shiitake mushrooms to bring out the flavor of the tofu. The fluffy and soft texture is addictive. We highly recommend trying it in a Buddha bowl or other arrangements. Please give it a try.

Cooking Instructions

When using a microwave, cut a small opening at the notch on the bottom of the bag and place it on a heat-resistant plate.

Thawed (recommended)
Thaw in the fridge for about half a day, then microwave at 500W for 2:30–3:00 (600W: 2:00–2:30).

From frozen (when you're short on time)
Microwave at 500W for 4:30–5:00 (600W: 3:40–4:10). Let it stand for about 1 minute before eating.
