This hamburger steak is made with plenty of tofu made from domestically grown organic soybeans. It also comes with colorful garnishes such as carrots and shiitake mushrooms to bring out the flavor of the tofu. The fluffy and soft texture is addictive. We highly recommend trying it in a Buddha bowl or other arrangements. Please give it a try.

Must be frozen (below -18℃)

Cooking Instructions

Thaw naturally and heat in a microwave at 600W for 2.5 to 3 minutes before serving. If additional heating is required, heat in 10 second increments before serving.
